Independent Sales Representative Opportunity

Pacific Home Appraisers is seeking Independent Sales Representatives in major markets across the United States to work part-time or full-time in expanding our business.  Successful candidates will be responsible for establishing new relationships with mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, attorneys (divorce and estate planning), community banks, regional banks, realtors, accountants and financial planners in their respective area.  Independent Sales Representatives will also be responsible for account development with existing accounts to achieve sales growth targets through increased services usage and/or cross-sell of additional services.

This is a commission-only position that can be done on a part-time basis until your residual income allows for transition to full-time.  We will pay a commission for every real estate appraisal that is completed and delivered to a customer.  We will also pay quarterly bonuses for achieving appraisal order targets and signing new customers for appraisal management services.  We will support you through ongoing lead generation and targeted marketing campaigns. 

Individuals with existing relationships and contacts in this industry have an opportunity to build an attractive residual income very quickly.  Although previous experience in the real estate, mortgage, legal or appraisal industry is preferred it is not necessary to be successful in this position.
